ISLAMIC LAW about munakahat
Fiqh Muamalat in the books of jurisprudence, including the most extensive areas of scope after the fiqh of worship and muamalah.

Jurisprudence munakahat scope covers the following aspects:

1. Marriage, which is a contract that allows a man and women to mix freely with the use or convey the pronunciation of her marriage. These aspects include the following;

(a) Khitbah, efforts towards the matchmaking between a man and a woman.

(f) mut'ah marriage, marriage is limited by time, such as a day, week, or month. Called mut'ah through marriage during the time limit is just for fun.

Jurists forbid marriage is based on the hadith, "O mankind, indeed I never let you marry mut'ah, and that God really has forbidden it until the Day of Resurrection." (Narrated by Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Muslim).

(g) Marriages tahlil, the married woman who has been divorced three after the idahnya exhausted. then divorced him to provide the opportunity for her first husband to marry again.
