Jurisprudence
munakahat scope covers the following aspects:
1. Marriage,
which is a contract that allows a man and women to mix freely with the use or
convey the pronunciation of her marriage. These aspects include the following;
(a) Khitbah,
efforts towards the matchmaking between a man and a woman.
(b) The mayor,
the person entitled mengakadkan married women under kewaliannya, including
lineage with the guardian and the guardian of order-order judge who may marry
if no guardian lineage.
(c) Women who
marry haram, haram such as lineage, because radaah (suckling), and because
musaharah (relatives by marriage).
(d) Agreement,
which consists of consent and granted the trustee and the prospective groom.
(e) Kafaah, the
similarity and equivalence prospective husband and wife from many aspects.
(f) mut'ah
marriage, marriage is limited by time, such as a day, week, or month. Called
mut'ah through marriage during the time limit is just for fun.
Jurists forbid
marriage is based on the hadith, "O mankind, indeed I never let you marry
mut'ah, and that God really has forbidden it until the Day of Resurrection."

(g) Marriages
